How to Download & Install PKR on Windows

In order to play at PKR, you'll first need to install their software. It's easy to do. I'm going to walk you through it below using a Windows operating system.

Step 1

You'll want to visit PKR.com using any of the links on our site. Once you land on the main homepage, you'll find several buttons that will lead you to the download page. Click one of these buttons.

Step 2

Now you should be on the download page. You'll need to click on the white box that says download to begin downloading the software to your computer.

Step 3

Once you click on the button, this small security warning screen will pop up. You will want to click on run. This takes about a minute, maybe two depending on your internet connection.

Step 4

Once that is completed, the setup wizard will pop up. Click on next. You'll be taken to a screen where you'll decide where on your computer to install the software.

Step 5

Once the software is finished installing to your computer, you'll see the completed screen. If you want to play right away, just click the "Play PKR Now!" box. Otherwise, you can leave it empty and open the site from your computer at your convenience. Now click finish.

Step 6

Ok, here is the last step. This is where the software finishes installing to your computer. You can choose to play in low detail (better for older computers) or leave it as is. And by clicking auto play, you'll be able to log in once everything is done. At this point, PKR gives you the option to register now or later. Then the software finishes installing to your computer. This part took the longest -- around 3 minutes or so for me.

And that's it. From here you simply create a PKR account, log-in and begin playing. Make sure to download PKR here to get started.
