To calculate your rakeback payments, PKR uses what is referred to as the contributed method. What this means is that you are credited with paying rake (and ultimately given your rakeback) based on the exact amount you contribute to the overall pot.
For example, if you have $5 into a $10 pot, you will be credited with contributing to 50% of the total pot. So, if the rake were capped at $3, you'd be credited with paying $1.50 (50%) in rake. With a 30% rakeback deal from PKR, you'd earn $.45 ($1.50*30).
